Midwest Sushi

I adore sushi. But ordering sushi as far from the ocean that I live, can be a fearful adventure.
I went to Hawaii once, sashimi in these parts has never tasted the same or been nearly satisfying.

I don't know that this table is set proper. I bet it's not. I bet I eat sushi all wrong.
